claire and talisa complete assignments from miranda july's book, "learning to love you more" and post the results here.
About
Claire and Talisa are friends. They are also roommates who live above and below each other (respectively) in their Williamsburg duplex. Originally from Southern California, both are now NYU Gallatin seniors concentrating in pretty much exactly the same thing, which mostly pertains to stories, people, and books. Claire has irrational fears of needles, thunderstorms, mushrooms, and Nicholas Cage. Talisa fears balloons, watching acceptance speeches, caviar, and things that look like caviar. Claire likes zombie movies, but Talisa scares easily. Talisa enjoys boba tea and The Smashing Pumpkins, but Claire cringes at the thought of either. Neither of them like marshmallows or revolving doors. They both harbor tepid feelings towards basketball, television, and small dogs. They share a deep love for Radiohead and outer space. Most of all, they thoroughly enjoy writing about themselves in the third person.
CONTRIBUTE
This is a place to inspire and be inspired. If you feel so inclined (and we hope you do), tackle an assignment yourself and e-mail us the result for us to post here.
